Austin, TX Home Birth Midwife

I’m glad you’re here.

Reaching out is the first step in exploring whether this kind of care feels like the right fit for you and your family. I offer free consultations as a space to connect, answer your questions, and learn more about what you’re looking for in your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience.

I encourage you to share as much as you’d like in the form below so I can begin to understand your experience and what you’re looking for in your care. I’ll follow up to schedule a time for us to connect.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out, this is simply a place to start.

Questions You May Have

  • Once you submit the form, I’ll review your information and follow up within 1–2 business days. From there, we’ll schedule our free consultation, either in person or over zoom, where we can explore whether this feels like the right fit for your care.

  • You’re welcome to bring all of that into the conversation. Every family comes with their own questions, preferences, and past experiences, and part of this process is creating space to talk through those openly.

  • Home birth midwives complete extensive training in both the clinical and hands-on aspects of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. In Texas, licensed midwives meet state requirements that include formal education, clinical training, and certification, along with ongoing continuing education.

This training allows midwives to provide comprehensive care, recognize variations from normal, and support safe, physiologic birth in the home setting.

  • You’re welcome to reach out at any point, whether you’re newly pregnant, further along, or even just beginning to explore your options. Because I work with a limited number of families each month, reaching out earlier can help ensure availability.

  • It means your care is built on connection, continuity, and open communication. You’ll have time to ask questions, understand your options, and be actively involved in decisions throughout your care. This approach allows for a more personalized experience where you feel known, supported, and respected.

  • Not at all. Many families are still exploring their options when they first reach out. This is a space to ask questions, gather information, and understand what home birth care can look like for you.
