Rooted Transitions: A Birth Preparation Circle
Preparation for birth and the transition to parenthood.
Rooted Transitions is an ongoing, in-person birth circle for families who feel drawn to a more connected, physiology-centered approach to birth. Together, we move through pregnancy, birth preparation, and early parenthood in a way that blends evidence-informed education with conversation, reflection, and shared experience. The intention is not just to prepare for birth, but to feel more grounded, supported, and confident as you move toward it. This is a space to learn, ask questions, and connect—with both information and community.
Spots are intentionally limited to keep the circle small and personal.
Who This Is For
This circle is for families who are planning a home birth or are exploring a more holistic, physiologic approach to pregnancy and birth.
It tends to resonate with those who value thoughtful education, informed choice, and a relationship-centered approach to care.
Many are looking for something beyond a one-time class, something that offers continuity, deeper understanding, and connection with others moving through a similar experience.

Why This Approach to Birth Preparation Works
This kind of preparation often feels different from more traditional childbirth classes.
Rather than focusing on hospital protocols or a condensed, lecture-based format, this circle is designed to be ongoing, conversational, and grounded in trust in the body. It allows space to engage more deeply with the process of birth, through both learning and shared experience. Because of this, preparation tends to feel more integrated and supportive. You’re not just receiving information, but building understanding over time, asking questions as they arise, and connecting with others moving through a similar season.
The result is a way of preparing that feels both informed and personally meaningful—supporting not just the logistics of birth, but your overall experience of it.
